Integration throught Education. We provide community and agency based trainings to enrich the neighborhoods. Array Development is dedicated to helping families find excellent care in their area. By listening and understanding the individual’s needs, we are able to make recommendations. We are           committed to assisting individuals with disabilities           and their families find the right placement.

 

 

Providing choice is our number one priority...

Array Development respects the consumer’s equal rights. We empower the consumer by giving them the control to make decisions. We stride to provide quality services to individuals with disabilities and/or persistent mental illness.

We believe in the independent living philosophy. This perspective is very different from the traditional rehabilitation model. This philosophy includes core values and goals for individuals with disabilities to accomplish empowerment and self-determination. Enhancing access to communities and achieving equal access through reducing and removing barriers. The outcome is self-determination and full community participation for persons with all disabilities.

For those with limitations we encourage living in the community with compassionate assistants. Assisted living facilities and group homes are an alternative to nursing homes. We believe that individuals benefit from the community and the resources available to them. When placing an individual we always listen, then assess and finally match the needs and wants of the consumer.
